Ordering & Customization
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM solutions. We have a dedicated R&D team and manufacturing facility to customize product specifications, casing colors, packaging, and logo printing to align perfectly with your brand identity.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM orders?
For standard products with your logo and customized packaging, our typical MOQ is 100 units. However, we are flexible and can discuss trial orders to support your initial market testing. For deep ODM customization (new ID design), the MOQ will be evaluated based on the project scope.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend testing a sample first. Sample costs and shipping fees will be charged initially, but the sample fee can be refunded when you place your first official bulk order.
What type of battery cells do you use in your power stations?
We primarily use premium EV-grade LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery cells. They are known for their exceptional safety, thermal stability, and long lifespan (typically retaining 80% capacity after 3,000+ charge cycles).
What certifications do your products have?
Our power stations are strictly tested and certified to meet global market standards. We hold mainstream certifications including CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3, and MSDS. This ensures smooth customs clearance and safe distribution in your region.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We implement a rigorous quality control system throughout the entire production process. From incoming material inspection (IQC) to in-process quality control (IPQC) and final aging tests (100% full charge/discharge cycle testing before packing), we ensure every unit meets the highest industrial standards.
What is your standard production lead time?
For sample orders, it usually takes 15 working days. For standard mass production and OEM orders, the lead time is typically 30~60 days, depending on the order quantity, destination country, and customization requirements.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Yes, we offer flexible shipping terms including EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF, and DDP. We work with reliable forwarders experienced in handling dangerous goods (Class 9 battery products) to ensure safe and efficient delivery by sea, air, or rail.
